But, you will be glad you were patient and be rewarded by quality and very stylish look of the product! The packing style was great. Received the product with no damages, or scratches. Product assembling was easy to understand and perform. The parts are made precisely matching each other - best technology in 20 years my husband experienced. I have to note that I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the Customer Service provided.
