This massager is very powerful. I don't even put it on the high setting. I keep it on the lowest setting. It is very big. I have a small hand so it's kind of hard to hold, but it's perfect in that. It works. It gets the muscles deep it has helped me. I have a fractured back and sciatica and all my muscle spasm and I have severe pain everywhere and I had relief yesterday in certain spots for the first time ever I would recommend getting this. It is well-made. It has three different Heads to put on to massage. I personally like the round circle one. . The cord is not too long so wherever you're going to use it, you need to be close to the plug. I'm in my recliner so I am close to the socket in the wall. Very powerful and works well.,
