disappointed

Looks great until you touch it. Just really cheap plastic. I was expecting all of my Delta product to be a nice sturdy chrome like all of the other delta product I bought. But not the diverter spout for my tub. Very disappointed in that one.

Not as pictured!

I have purchased 3 faucets, a Roman tub trim kit, a shower head and handle all in Venetian Bronze in the Dryden series. Love them but this spout does not match exactly. There is more bronze edging on this piece. It is very distinct, not subtle.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback on the Delta tub spout. I'm sorry to hear it is not what you were expecting. The Venetian Bronze is a mixture of Dark Brown and copper. I apologize for inconvenience this has caused.

Produce Quality Tub Spouts

It's a shame with the quality that Delta produces they manufacture tub spouts that are plastic. I understand the warranty, but the quality and feel is lacking. I have Dryden throughout our home and for a quality line I am left with plastic. Very disappointed. Time to step up your game.
