Love the design. Covers make it look nice, and give a flat surface to use. Only down side is a little bunching of paint on the edges. This purchase was buying again to replace ones that are too dirty from age. The design has stayed stuck on with years of rough use (pots on top, including hot pots taken off a hot burner.)
