Used twice since receiving yesterday, great so far. Have to rinse much, after brushing. Taste is ok, teeth feels good after. Have used this brand herbal tea many many years back. Trust anything this brand makes! Pricey, but worth the results if helps my gums and teeth. Told my Bro about it, he be ordering also. We in elder years, always need any good help of our bodies.

I was looking for a healthier and more environmentally-friendly alternative to regular store bought toothpaste and this tooth powder meets the purpose. The herbs, which are all great for oral health and care, clean my teeth just as well as a sulfate toothpaste would. I just dip my dry or damp toothbrush in the powder and brush like normal. Afterwards I rinse my mouth. I follow up with a mouthwash of about a teaspoon of (coconut-derived) activated charcoal in a 1/4 cup of warm water, swishing for several minutes and rinse my mouth after that. My routine has helped to keep my teeth whiter and gums healthier. I have no need to go back to sulfate and fluoride toothpastes. The color of the powder is somewhat tan. The smell is more of peppermint. The taste is lightly of peppermint. Tip: I put some tooth powder in a separate smaller container to prevent mold from growing in the larger container, because this powder will last me a long time.
