I am working towards lowering my cholesterol, so I decided to try out meat alternatives. I read the reviews and purchased these with caution. I love them. Sure, they are a true chicken texture, but that actually works for me because one gristle and I'm done with a sandwich. I never had the old ones, so I can't compare the recipes. I can just say I really like these!

I love these frigging things. I'm a vegetarian and have been my whole life. So, I'm not trying to replace meat in my life. These are so good. They cook up crunchy and they really do bring some heat. Mayo, lettuce and a good bun work but you can get totally wacky with the toppings too. A favorite at my house.

These Morning Star Vegan Buffalo Plant-Based Chik'n Patties are my favorite vegan chicken patties. The buffalo flavor is bursting in every bite, and the crunchy texture (regardless of preparation) is guaranteed because of the coating used. I like to air-fry to prepare my patties, but in a rush, microwaving tastes just as good. Either way, the patties are easy to prepare, the texture and flavor are lip-smacking good, and these can be easily enjoyed on a salad, between a bun, or on their own with a little Vegan ranch dip. They are so delicious! Try the Morning Star Vegan Buffalo Plant BasedChik'n Nuggets, too.
