Good haunted house read

Always loved the original movie The Haunting that this book is based on. Decided to read it since it's October. It was a quick read and I did enjoy it. A little different from the movie, I do like the changes the movie made though. Poor Eleanor, never really wanted by anyone but Hill House did.
