Cheap Junk with Missing Pieces

The logs are cheaply made for how expensive they are. No longer a nice kind of ceramic that lasts. Rather, the texture is fragile and almost paper-like. Ours arrived damaged! It's a 7 piece set, but only 5 are included. What's left are “pegs” where additional pieces should go. Customer Service is hard to deal with. Look for in-person options if you can. Difficult for us since we live far from any type of “showcase.” Trying to get this sorted, but it is a pain!
