Wonderful! Highly recommend for meditation, TV, or yoga.These pillows exceeded expectations. Very comfy and I have a bony bottom. Great for watching TV or meditating or simply improving posture. I think the filling is nothing special... probably foam of some kind? But they don't feel cheap or poorly made, although they're very light. You can toss them like frisbees. Would definitely buy again.
