Nice sealing lids for storage bins

I bought several of these to keep my holiday decorations clean and organized in a garage/shop. I chose this style, as I am hoping the gasket style seal on the lid will keep my fabric items from absorbing odd smells. (I have had issues with soft items in an attic or basement absorbing musty smells before when simply stored in a taped cardboard box.) The containers arrived as expected with lids that fit and lock tight, giving me peace of mind that my stuff won't absorb smells or get damp, despite being stored in an uninsulated shop. They feel sturdy and of high quality and stack easily. I have used more inside for organization and like that they are clear so I can see what is in them for easier access. None of the handles have broken, and still snap tight with good seal. These were a good value for their large size when purchased on sale, so that is when I stocked up. I will be buying more in the future.

These storage boxes are sturdy, easy to see what's inside, and the seal keeps the critters out. One box arrived with 2 latches off. they were not broken, so I was able to snap them back on. If this happens to you, insert one of the tabs, then position the latch in the closed/up/latched position without the lid, then snap the other tab in.

So pretty on counter

Glad I bought this slow cooker. Versatile because can use in oven to bake or broil, best without lid. Mentioning lid be aware it does get very HOT. The use of a wrap around pot holder solves this problem. Because the lid is solid, the temptation to peak while cooking is always there. To be honest, I do peak more frequently than with my other slow cooker. My slower cooker gets hotter than other slow cookers, so recalculating length of time to cook and setting of high or low is a consideration. Any short comings can be overlooked because it adds such beauty.
