Great product, nozzle too expensive

I am glad that the part was available for our faucet. However, the expense was rather shocking -- this is more than one half of the original purchase price of the faucet 10 years ago. IMGO, the price was at least two times more expensive than it should be. Even in this time of inflation this is a shocking cost of repair!

Faucet returns to "as good as new"

The rubber underside of our original faucet developed a tear so we ordered a replacement from the Grohe US website. It arrived within a few days. My only criticism was that it came with no instruction on how to insert the piece which controls the water flow. We opted out of using it and just reduce the water pressure instead.

My current Grohe faucet was ten years old and finally needed a new spray head. My plumber recommended Grohe back then saying that I would always be able to get parts. He was right. I was impressed that it lasted 10 years, and was very happy with the price of simply replacing that part. Looking forward to another ten years of use.
