Replace the face and body exfoliating discs in any PMD Personal Microderm Device with PMD Ultra Sensitive White Replacement Discs 6 ct. The white-colored replacement discs are training discs made for use on highly sensitive skin. Whether you are just starting to do microdermabrasion at home as part of your skin care routine or you are skilled at dermabrasion but have very reactive skin, you should use the Ultra Sensitive White Replacement Discs in your PMD Personal Microderm Device.

Instructions
The Personal Microderm should only be used once every 7 days. Each discs will last 3-4 uses. Most treatments will last three to five minutes. The size of the area being treated and the length of each treatment will ultimately determine how long a disc can be used. When inserting a new disc in your Personal Microderm, follow these steps:
1. Push the disc down firmly on the device post.
2. Twist on cap making sure to tighten the cap firmly against the black o-ring on the tool.
3. Check to make sure the disc is sitting slightly below the plastic cap.
Precautions:
Do not use any peel products like alpha and beta hydroxy acid, retin A or retinol products 48 hours before or after using the PMD without consulting a physician.
Do not use if on Accutane or consult a physician.
Do not use if seeing a physician for serious skin conditions, have extremely sensitive skin or are taking prescriptions without consulting a physician.
Do not use directly above or below the eyes.
Do not hover in one spot.
Do not keep going over the same spot multiple times. What the PMD is doing is not always visible. Be patient and learn over 2 to 3 uses how best to apply the treatments on your specific skin type.
Do not continue to apply the treatment if you feel pain. Pain will come if you have been too aggressive. You will feel tingling and distinct sensation but it should not be painful. Gauge this on your skin type.

Great for sensitive skin!
I have very sensitive, dry skin, and rosacea. So happy to have these discs! I have seen a very small improvement in the rosacea and large improvement with the dryness and fine lines after using these for a month (4 treatments).

Great for my skin
My skin is ultra sensitive. I've been using exclusively the white discs some I got my device several months ago. Now that I've built up a routine my skin could probably tolerate using this up to twice a week. Even at once weeklyish use this is the most effective device I've ever purchased.

Love it already!
I was a little skeptical at how quickly I would see results, but I can honestly say I notice a difference even after 1 use. I used it on my arms and my face, and my skin has never felt so smooth and soft. Can't wait to keep using it and see even better results over time.
