Alani Nu Pre-Workout is formulated around one specific principal... very simple but extremely effective! This sensational formulation starts off with 200mg of caffeine, 200mg of L-Theanine, and 500mg of L-Tyrosine toprovide a smooth and sustaining energy source that willhelp maximize your workouts and boost energy levels without compounding too many stimulants that can leave you feeling anxious, nervous, or jittery, as well as increase adrenaline and dopamine which uplifts mood, and improves mental clarity and focus. This combination also helps to prevent the dreaded mid or post-workout crash that can not only ruin your workout, but the rest of the day as well. Up next we have a 1,600mg dosage of Beta-Alanine to boost muscular endurance so you can push longer and harder, and also knock a few more reps before your muscles fatigue which leads to... you guessed it... more gains! Up last in this balanced, no nonsense formula we have 6 grams of Citrulline Malate to enhance blood flow for betterincreased muscular endurance, better oxygen utilization so you can push harder and longer every set, reinforces muscle strength, and increases nutrient uptake for more natural energy.
Directions: Mix 1/2 scoop into 6-8oz of water 20-30 minutes before your workout. Once tolerance has been assessed, you may use one full serving (1 scoop). A slight tingling sensation is normal and is due to the Beta-Alanine. Be sure to stay hydrated and have a great workout!

Gamechangers!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alani is the only preworkout power that I use. I am a runner and have recently started lifting, this pre-workout is a GAME CHANGER! And the mini pre-workout sticks that I got in my box got me scooped! This pre-workout in combination with the protein powder is the perfect combination to keep me hitting my goals.
