Remo Silent Stroke Heads

I have found that the Remo Silent Stroke Heads are the best solution to playing your real drum kit in a noise sensitive area. You get tone and good rebound and best of all, you will not disturb others. There are some drawbacks, you will also need silent cymbals. I suggest Zildjian L80 Low Volume cymbals or something along those lines. There is one other draw back and that is they do not work very well for band practice unless you are using triggers or something along those lines to amplify them. So, in conclusion, they are amazing for practice by yourself on your own kit and there are ways to work around volume issues for practicing with your band mates .
