Love the rug but couldnt keep.

Thought the rug was the perfect color combination for my room. This 10 x 14 area rug arrived to my home folded in a 2 x 5 foot package. The creases were too deep and I returned. Rug should have been rolled up and delivered, not folded into a tiny package. I inquired before I ordered and was told it would not be folded and would be shipped properly. Disappointed.
