Its the best. Not too sweet or salty. One small package in 16 oz of water is the equivalent to drinking 3 16 oz bottles of water. You spend less time in the bathroom.

I will forever be a fan

I have a hard time drinking just plain water. It's a terrible trait, I know. But this guava flavor is so good. The first time I tried this, I added it to a Dasani water bottle. DONT DO THAT. Yikes. Terrible. But after using tap water and ice, it wasn't that bad. It took awhile to get used to the taste but now I crave it. I will say that it is so much cheaper to buy directly from Liquid IV. But if I'm out and waiting on a shipment or I want to try a different flavor without buying a 16 count bag, I buy these 6 packs from Walmart. Do these work? Absolutely. My husband and I had Covid and while I took it like a champ, my husband struggled. I made him drink this this constantly. When he became worse and had to be hospitalized, doctors were shocked to see that he wasn't even slightly dehydrated when he had 7 straight days of 103 fever. Thank you Liquid Iv for such a great product that helps me stay hydrated and kept my husband hydrated during the worst 2 weeks of his life!

Love this stuff, and I don't like guava flavored anything! It's so juicy, but not overwhelming. SADLY, WALMART USUALLY CANCELS MY ORDER AND I NEVER GET IT.
