Perfect spiral notebook

In my opinion (teacher for 15 years) no one should buy the 3-subject or 5-subject notebooks. Get a different color for each subject, and stick to a 1-subject notebook for each subject. This one in particular is perfect, as it has 2 pockets inside for handouts and HW. Once home, the handouts then go into the binder or into the file storage box that each of my children has. Yes: get a plastic file storage box, doesn't need to be big--the kind with the handle on the lid, the storage box on top for pencils, erasers, scissors, mini stapler, tape, compass, protractor, ruler; then the hanging file folders on the bottom. At least once a week go through your child's binder (and when they are able, they do it alone) and transfer whatever you can to the file box. In this way, you keep the binder as a useful tool--and the binder lasts longer. Also, you can get away with a 1.5" binder instead of the completely cumbersome and eventually broken 3" binders. At the end of the quarter, see if the 1-subject notebook is more than half full. If so, put it in the file box and start a new notebook for the next quarter.

Pleasantly surprised...

I was happy to see the sturdiness of the cover, its not cardboard like the other 1-Subject notebooks I've bought. The vinyl cover and the two pockets are a great added feature! The multi-color helps me to tell what subject it is. I will be buying 5 more for this next semester. Thanks Mead!

Always sturdy and reliable

I like the hard cover that keeps my notes flat and readable. The pockets are great for holding my syllabus or calender etc. 100 sheets is perfect for the amount of notes I take and the perferations make it easier to rip of. Did I mention it keeps it neat.
