Great alternative
I have purchased two of these adapters, the second of which was ordered after I misplaced the first. However, I found the original adapter the day before the replacement arrived. This adapter has been a valuable addition to my setup. Although I considered purchasing an official MacBook charger at a higher price point, I decided to try this more affordable option. Upon initial use, I connected the adapter to a 30-watt power source, but it did not function. Later, after using someone else's official charger, I realized that my power source was insufficient and switched to a higher wattage box, which resolved the issue. I am pleased with the adapter's performance and do not anticipate purchasing an official MacBook Pro charger in the future. Unfortunately, the second adapter I received is of lower quality, with detachable parts and a shallow connection that requires manual adjustments.
