The best!

I have been using Neutrogena Norwegian formula Hand Cream for years because it is the best at keeping the skin on my hands soft, supple and not dry, including my cuticles. A little goes a long way and it does not readily wash off. It is absorbed into my skin fairly quickly and thoroughly but is not greasy. I just ordered the fragrance free because the fragrance option was unavailable. I recommend this hand cream to everyone, for year round use.

This is the best hand cream I have ever used. My hands never felt softer. I work with little children, so I wash my hands constantly and thanks to Neutrogena I finally stopped having super dry, itchy skin. Love this cream.
