Broken

Ordered this ring on November 24 2023 and it is now June 24 2024 and the ring is broken already. I am not rough on jewelry and have never had anything break. Seller responded to my first email telling me to contact Walmart. Walmart informed me the seller has a 1 year warranty but now the seller will not respond to my numerous emails. Description says customer service is their number 1 concern, I think not as they've ignored me for 2 days now.
