Gibbs Highliner Flasher

This rotating flasher is manufactured from the finest quality plastic resins. It is available in 13 highly reflective finishes. The "HIGHLINER" is fitted with welded jump rings, Ball Bearing Swivel and coastlock terminal snap. As the flasher rotates, it imparts a lifelike swimming and darting action to all baits and lures. Please refer to the "HIGHLINER" package for recommended leader lengths for the different salmon species.
