When someone gets angry it's important for them to talk about their feelings rather than keep them locked up inside, and in this release, famed children's television staple Fred Rogers offers a variety of constructive suggestions on just how to deal with anger. In addition to suggesting a variety of energy-releasing physical activities such as exercising and swimming, Mr. Rogers takes a trip to the world of Make Believe to assist Lady Elaine in overcoming her anger at not being able to draw Grandpere's Tower, and speaks with the members of Stomp to find out how banging on trash cans and other household objects can transform anger into art. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi.
