Great block set of knives and boxed steak knives
My wife and I both cook and had various brands and levels of cutlery. I bought a nice Chef’s Choice Sharpener that I used more often I thought I should need. Looking over our old set we found the Henckel Twin was our best one. The new set is everything we expected, super sharp strong edge and comfortable fit in the hand. At some point I expect I’ll have to run them through the sharpener but I think it’ll be a lot less often. I want to get a good cleaver for hard cutting, that should help keep this set in good shape.

Best gift!
I received this knife set as a gift from my husband, just because! Isn't he the greatest? These knives are exceptionally durable! I use them every day, never put them in the dishwasher and always store them in the wood block. They are easy to hold in my arthritic hands and easy to use. I love them! And they look great on my countertop! I highly recommend them!

Durable and reliable
My wife and I have had our knife set for a few years now and have been pleased with this set. We have not had to replace any of the knives in our set and have slowly been accumulating more to store into the extra spaces that came with the block.
