ZWILLING Pro 9-pc Knife Block Set

Product is very solid. Balanced and easy to handle. Very sharp and they hold an edge for a long time. Very diverse set with most of the common knives needed around the kitchen. My one and only complaint is the block itself. With this design, it is very difficult to remove the longer knives if the block in under cabinets. I like to have my block against the wall so that I have as much available counter space as possible. The slanted block would be much better in most cases. They should offer an alternative block when purchasing this set.

This Zwilling Pro 9pc knife block set is so modern and swanky. The curved wedge blade bolster fits nicely in the updated curved block slot. I love the darker wood finish and how well balanced these knives are when you hold them. They are so easy to use with the pinch grip technology built in to the bolster. Easy to use the full length of the blade while cutting and easier to sharpen the full length of the blade due to how the bolster is exposed. I use this set everyday in my kitchen at home and have been overly pleased with the results of use as well as the sharpness.
