What a pleasant surprise! This VERY AFFORDABLE bed option came packaged so small I panicked thinking I ordered the wrong thing. The legs and several other parts were actually stored INSIDE the headboard with a zippered compartment hidden in the back. CLEVER! We received exactly the right hardware (rare these days) and easy instructions - very few words, mostly pictures, but intuitive and simple. My daughter and I assembled this together in about 45 minutes. She is thrilled to have an upholstered headboard to lean against after too long with just a mattress set on a metal frame. We threw out our boxspring, as this platform bed definitely doesn't need it. It's not obnoxiously low to the ground like other platforms and looks polished and high quality. Thrilled to have found this deal. Ignore the bad quality of the picture and the mismatched bedding. Now that we picked the headboard, we're shopping for bedding next. :)

This bed is fairly easy to assemble. Seems to be very sturdy with good mattress support. Love the padded headboard. Unlike the metal bed frame, it does not squeak and move around (on wood floor) every time you sit or lay on the bed. The upholstery seems to be tough enough to withstand wear and tear, would be nice if it was pre-scotch guarded. The beautiful color goes perfect with the quilt we have on the bed. This bed is of good quality and well made. I would recommend this bed to anyone.
