Simple, tasty nausea relief!

I have Type 2 Diabetes so I give myself an Ozempic injection every week. When I first started the injections, I would get really nauseous a couple hours later. I tried a brand of sugar-free natural ginger ale with real ginger which seemed to do the trick. But then it was found to have an artificial sweetener that's not safe, so I had to find another option. That's when I found the MegaFood ginger chews and they taste delicious and have eliminated my nausea every time! Plus they have actual ginger in them and only have 2 grams of "added sugars" so I don't get a major sugar spike when I take one. And I can keep a couple in my purse, just in case, for when I'm out and about. I would highly recommend these to anyone who needs relief from nausea!

best ginger chews for upset stomachs

This is the only ginger chew product that my son likes to use when his stomach is upset from the stresses of his work. I like that the chews taste good and that they aren't sticky and melt into the wrapper like other ginger chews I have purchased. The ginger mints also do not work for him. I always buy these for him and for myself to have on hand when my stomach is feeling queasy because they work.
