The best back pain relief device EVER

My trainer swore by this so I picked one up and all I can say is WOW. I've been struggling with my foam roller for years and this thing blows it out of the water - it's far easier to use - you find a tight spot and just let your body relax for 3 minutes - you can feel the tightness melt - no rolling. I use mine in bed on my Back and neck - amazing relief. I can also work my shins by kneeling into the groove that runs around the middle - again amazing results and my foam roller could never do that. It's also small and easy to carry to the gym. I love this thing - definitely worth every cent.
