Hat on backwards, doesn't appear like the picture since the hat hangs to the opposite of the scarf on mine and the bear doesn't have two ears (the ear wouldn't matter if the hat was attached to the correct side). No way to use with stakes, but doesn't come with any, so probably isn't intended to be used that way. Very cute, although it's pretty small. Contacted seller to exchange for one that's not defective, but no response.
