Best way to pickup Hot Wheels Team Transport

This is the much sought after Hot Wheels Premium model from their Team Transport series. The details are definitely great for something so small!

Arrived bent up

Just got my order from toywiz one of the hot wheels team transport and the card is all bent up. I would like to get a refund or one that is not bent up. If they're going to be selling cards that are bent up they should be saying that in the description of the selling the item.
