Its a little difficult to mix but overall , it tastes good and it works well with no stomach problems. It's 11 servings so that's about $7 a serving or meal if you want to call it a meal, I find that's acceptable especially with its high calorie density. Works quickly, an excellent product for weight gain.

It works and it doesn't upset my stomach. The taste is plain but it has like a gritty texture after you swallow it. Could be the way I prepare it and what I put in it. Not sure. Either way I love this protein powder. I'd recommend this to anyone that needs to gain weight. I also use two scoops instead of four.. so half a serving. I have a shake once a day to stretch it out because it's expensive. So if I gained weight using half the serving imagine what you'll gain doing the full serving? Anyway get this!
