These felt thin when unfolded and I was unsure how good they'd be. WOW was I surprised! The fit is amazing at the corners, perfectly snug. The capacity is good, about one wetting. The good fit would make them effective for containing bowel incontinence too. The core is hourglass shaped. The plastic backing goes all the way up to the top ends. That helps even more with containment but does make you sweat a little more on warm days. Initially the odor control is good. Eventually as they fill you will want to be careful sitting because the core will press some fluid out. So you don't want to go too long before changing. The inside will feel wet against your skin. This didn't bother me, but if you're sensitive to that or have skin issues, these will not be the best for you. They will clump some after being wet for a while. The biggest thing I noted is that the size runs very small. The bag lists up to 36 inch waist... no way! I just squeezed into them with a 29 inch waist. The very ends of the tabs got the very ends of the flaps. I was worried they might pop, but they held perfectly with no concern. I love these for daytime use. Good fit for a man since the groin area covers completely with snug elastic, and the top edge rolls over, perfect since the plastic backing extends all the way to the top. I LOVE these diapers!
