Great
I've been using iHerb for over a year, and overall, it's been a great experience. The product selection is vast, from supplements to beauty care, and the prices are competitive. Shipping is fast, and the product information is detailed, making it easy to choose the right items. The only minor inconvenience is with payments—due to certain regulations, our bank only accepts dollar transfers from Chinese banks. I assume this is to keep money inside the country, which is a bit frustrating, but nothing to do with iHerb itself. Their customer service is responsive, and I've had no issues with orders. Definitely recommend iHerb for reliable health products!

Best 2 a Day Men's Multi on the Market
I used to use Solgar's Male Multi (3 an day) until it was unavailable for a while. Then I compared labels and realized the only thing I wasn't getting in Country Life's Max for Men (2 a day) a was the calcium and magnesium, which I take separately anyway. If you haven't looked at the label in a while, Max for men is now a much better formulation, even has the coenzyme b vitamins. And from a company I've trusted for over 40 years too.
