Provides strength and stamina and a calm mind!

I have been taking this year 10 years! I have low thyroid for which I take a "synthyroid med" and a very stressful job so this keeps me healthy and strong and able to get through each day. I always take it after my breakfast = never on a empty stomach. I am able to work an 8 hour day at my desk job and go to exercise and walk. Try it for 60 days and see how much better you feel.
