Ugly Stik Bigwater Conventional Rod, 7' Medium Light Fishing Rod

I've been using the 12' Ugly Stik paired with an 8000 Penn Pursuit reel, and it handles extremely well. I mainly use it for crab snaring and have thrown 10 oz lures without any issues. The rod has plenty of backbone for casting heavy weight, but still feels balanced and comfortable in hand. Overall, it's a solid, durable setup that performs exactly how you'd expect from an Ugly Stik, reliable and tough.

I have 3 ugly stiks rods the catfish the deep water and this one all 3 are great i use them for saltwater fishing and so far none have failed me i combine all with rekon reels the 4000 for the catfish and the 6000 for the other 2 and the bigger rods still have the sensitivity for smaller fish would recommend to anyone
