Lost In The Mail

Ordered Product 10 Days Ago, Was shipped same day , Canada Post picked up from Kapsco and failed to track and deliver product , Contacted Kapsco friendly customer service they took care of my issues rite away re shipped replacement again same day . We can all have break down in service its how you deal with it..... Thank You Kapsco

While riding around the farm it was noticed that my headlight was very dim. I shut the bike off to investigate and found that a connection inside the battery must have broke. I tested the battery with my volt meter, no voltage, and no continuity. This battery only lasted two rides, less than 50 miles. I contacted the seller and they would not warranty this battery, even though it is obvious that this battery is defective. I recommend buying a better battery from different supplier. Customer service was very poor from both Kaspco, and Walmart.
