Shoddy Seams and Cheap Straps!!!
The cheap strapping fabric used to sew on the metal attachments for the shoulder straps ripped out of the seam they were sewn under - nearly dropping my dog on her head in a busy airport!!! Upon further inspection, it looks like the strap was barely sewn in, in the first place, leaving no room for a seam allowance!!! It's no wonder it didn't hold. Also, this kennel is only rated for a pet up to 15 pounds. They didn't mention that in the description. Overall; shoddy stitching and incomplete description WASTE OF MONEY AND COST A FORTUNE TO SHIP!!! WILL NOT BUY AGAIN!!
