New favorite up-tempo and race shoe

My new up-tempo and race shoe. For me (195 lbs., 6'4") they hit a sweet spot between fast, secure turnover and cushion for fast days. They replace my Wave Catalysts, which I was very happy with too. But I like the Wave Shadow better in every way.

Great speed trainer but premature interior material wear

This shoe has been my go to fast trainer for many years now. It's light, fast and I get relatively good mileage out of the shoe. The only complaint I have is the material on the inside of the shoe at the heel wears entirely too quickly. I've had this problem on the last few generations of shoes.
