Heat aging tests hose resistance to high temperatures from 275 degrees F to 300 degrees F. Hose swell tests measure hose expansion at high pressure and temperatures up to 285 degrees F. Immersion tests help ensure chemical breakdown resistance to coolant exposure. Burst pressure tested up to ten times the maximum peak operating pressure.
