There is nothing really wrong with the the tea ball itself . But it did not meet my need as the tea I had was ground so fine it leaked through the holes and I would have still had to strain my tea. I did find it troubling to get the top on also. As far as the product I'm sure it is excellent quality. Great experience getting the product in a timely manner.
