Botched order

I received the wrong tank in my initial order. When is appropriate tank was finally sent to me. It was in a different color. I gave up an installed the replacement correct tank, even though it did not match the color of the original toilet bowl. I also did not receive a receipt, and I have not received the FedEx label to return the Original incorrectly sent tech. This has been nothing but a complete screwup.

Thus far, the two of these that I have received have been damaged significantly in shipping. I find it very surprising that the box does not indicate "FRAGILE!" anywhere on it. Perhaps better packing would help too. I'll re-review if I receive an in-tact product in the future. That being said, Lori in customer service has been truly fantastic.

Poor packing job.

For the second time in a row the toilet seat arrived damaged and unusable Your packing of these toilets seems to be a big problem. The box with the toilet bowl was packed in the outer box upside down. Now I have to delay my reno project again and order another bowl. This only inflates true price to me and other customers if so many arrive damaged.
