The light didn't work from the beginning. The quality was not like the original one I had bought at the store. I probably should have returned it.

Walmart delivered the two of these hair trimmers that I ordered. These trimmers looked great on the Walmart website. They each arrived in a small, simple, clear plastic bag, along with two white adapters that I guess were for eye brows or maybe beards, but I have no idea because there were no instructions, no information, nothing. This was some cheap, minimal packaging! This company didn't even put their name on the packaging! No warranty info, no customer support info, nothing! I put the battery in the first hair trimmer, The on/off/light switch was really cheap and hard to move on and off. I got the trimmer running and began working on my ears and within 30-45 seconds, the trimmer began making wild noises, sounded like it had partially jammed or the motor was having some kind of issues. I used the tiny brush included with the trimmer to brush clean the blade, then rinsed the blade assembly in case some hair did get stuck in the blades somewhere, I didn't see any. Turned the trimmer back on, wild noises continued. Gave up on that trimmer. Second trimmer, ran good for about 20 seconds, then stopped by itself twice and started making weird noises as well. I cannot recommend these products to anyone for the reasons stated above. The lack of quality is self evident.
