I have a rare disease called Angioedema which is a lifetime of severe allergies, some life-threatening. My life depends on suppressing my allergies. So I have to have this medication. Dr. Reddy's Cetirizine HCL 10mg tablets do NOT upset my stomach. I get an unbelievably great price for 500 tablets of this wonderful product. I'm so pleased to find them at Walmart for such a good price. I can';t say any more. They're just the BEST!
