Deplorable product/customer service

I wish I could give a ZERO STAR rating. I overlooked the fact that it arrived over a week late because it was the holidays, but then I received a non-functioning garment they clearly had to know wasn't working and became very irritated. It's a baby's onesie and NONE of the snaps would snap - and, that's after I thought it rather tacky the garment was just thrown in to a generic mailing envelope, apparently with no care...again, a it's Trekkie baby's onesie. Etsy has a huge upper hand in their apparent ability to source clients that at least try to act like they care (shipment updates from the seller, follow-up email with your order, getting product delivered on time) - customers aren't going to spend triple for a speciality item and then have deplorable product and customer service. Thank you
