My boys and I have
My boys and I have been taking this daily for about a month. So far I am very happy with the quality of these. I did a lot of research and plan to reorder soon. They are a bit big for my littles to swallow so we put the whole capsule in applesauce and down it does. Very pleased!

Since I've been taking Complex
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I've been taking Complex C, I have noticed a big change. I was already leading a pretty healthy lifestyle but after taking this for over a month, I feel stronger and healthier. I'm not worried about getting sick or catching a cold, even when I have been surrounded by a lot of sick people coming back to college. I take this in the morning and I also take the Zinc Magnesium before bed. I don't feel as stressed or as tired as I normally would. Definitely recommend giving this a try.
