great if you want it without iron
I was looking for the vitamins without iron. My iron levels are pretty high and it is dangerous to take extra iron without medical control because it can be toxic for the liver. The combination of minerals is very benifitial.

Excellent daily vitamin
I have been taking this multivitamin for years. I can take on an empty stomach and never have issues. I love that is has no iron to help with digestion.
