[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been using this vitamin now for like almost a month and i am feeling a difference more energy and i am definitely gonna buy this when i do run out. I am feeling alot better . I have way more energy . Make sure you take in the morning after you eat . I have been eating way more healthier i stopped sugar and processed foods now i am working on stop drinking soda and i also quit smoking cigarettes. This vitamin does amazing things and if you like vitamins you would wanna start taking this.
