Warranty information
All MK products our covered by our 5 years manufacturers warranty. Proof of original invoice will need to be provided. Customers will also be also responsible for obtaining a Return Authorization Number through customer support, as well as shipping costs to return product to a Kanto location or authorized depot listed on our website. If the equipment is covered under the warranty provisions above, Kanto will, at its option, provide replacement parts or replace the equipment, and be responsible for return shipping to the customer.
Please be aware that the warranty terms on items offered for sale by third party Marketplace sellers may differ from those displayed in this section (if any). To confirm warranty terms on an item offered for sale by a third party Marketplace seller, please use the 'Contact seller' feature on the third party Marketplace seller's information page and request the item's warranty terms prior to purchase.
