Warranty information
Merchandise purchased on Fotodioxpro.com is eligible for return of the cost of the item only, or exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery. Fotodiox does not provide return shipping labels, or accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
Any items sent back to Fotodiox must be new, in the original manufacturer?s packaging and containing all components and paperwork (including but not limited to instructions, packing inserts, and the blank warranty card if applicable).

Please include a copy of the invoice and a brief note to let us know if there was something wrong with the item and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
