Sturdy with lots of room

The bookcase is really heavy, over 50 LBS, so hopefully that means good quality wood. It holds about 100 children's books in varying sizes if you really pack them in. I spent about an hour putting it together. It would have gone faster with two people. The box comes with several wood pieces organized by letter stickers, screws, allen key, plastic furniture tacks for the bottom of the bookcase, and instructions. The first few steps it takes awhile to put together, because the weight of the pieces make it awkward to hold while putting the screws in. I accidently put the wrong piece on but realized it when the holes did not match up. The only improvement I suggest is they add letter stickers on both sides of the wood. The only imperfection I noticed was after I put the bookcase together I saw cracks on one of the corners on the inside. It wasn't a big deal since the books would be covering it up.
