Didn't receive full order

This would have been great, if I had received a pack of 12 (like listed). There was only one sticker in a box, rolled up, with no packing label or invoice. I contacted Walmart customer service and was told they would contact the seller and never heard back. Very disappointed, since it is not an item I can find in stores anywhere and I needed 5 for VBS next week.
