didn't last :(

I only use this stapler lightly. Tried to refill the staples today for first time and it was jamming. Upon investigating, a coiled piece of aluminum came loose and there is no info about how to affix. Why did it come loose? Can't recommend.

DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I very rarely use my stapler (it literally looks brand new still) so it's not like it gets over worked/abused or anything. I've had my stapler for maybe a year or year in a half and it has decided to stop working all together. When you load it with staples the upper handle won't push down properly. I have removed the staples and cleaned it to ensure nothing was blocking it or preventing it from properly working and nothing!!!! Went online to find the warranty claim form and that's useless as it just keeps redirecting me back to the home page….. absolutely ridiculous!!!!
